Library and Learning Zone Booking Terms and Conditions - University of the Arts London

All booking requests are subject to approval by UAL Library Services. We reserve the right to reject any request.

To be eligible to book in the Libraries and Learning Zones, you must:

a) be a current student at UAL and show a valid UAL ID card;

b) have a UAL IT account with valid username and password;

When booking to use the Library Services spaces, you must:

a) follow the UAL and Library Services policies and codes of conduct 

c) book spaces only for yourself. You must not book for on someone else’s behalf, even with their consent;

d) Vacate your study space by the date and time specified in the booking confirmation email;

We process personal data in accordance with data protection legislation. We will use your personal data as set out in our Privacy Policy.

As a user of this system registered or otherwise you agree that if for any reason you are unable to use smarthub for the intended purpose then you will contact your store via telephone, email or in person to resolve the problem. Siso Software Limited are not responsible or liable in any way for any errors, damages or any other loss caused by your usage of this system. For the avoidance of doubt this includes any loss howsoever suffered including negligence or fraud except where such negligence causes death or personal injury.
